Shipping Policy
Once your order is confirmed, we arrange for the courier to pick it up on the same day or the next business day. The courier will attempt delivery three times. For specific delivery times, please contact our sales team or coordinate directly with the delivery person when they first call.
If we are unable to reach you by phone for three days, your order will be canceled and returned to our store. Any address changes should be communicated to the delivery person during their initial call.
For orders that are returned and you wish to reorder, payment must be made via online transfer before the order is reshipped.
Delivery times may vary based on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
